With over 20 years of experience working with schools and schools groups, I know how to help schools manage their people challenges. I have a proven track record of reviewing schools’ current systems and processes and identifying and implementing strategies that have a significant impact on a school. This can range from employee relations to employee cost management.
I pride myself on working closely with school leaders in a positive way and always appreciate seeing the unique cultures and perspectives they take. I enjoy becoming a true partner to my clients.
