HOW WE WORK

Working with the school Principal and the wider leadership team we review current policies, procedures and strategies in the areas of focus. We establish the opportunities where schools can develop and have a greater impact to deliver better results. We identify and deliver strategies that will impact these areas and leave a school with future processes to ensure continued success.

We give schools access to tried and tested techniques that can quickly be implemented into a school. The staff within a school will be educated about the HR strategies and how they will support them. The Principal and school leadership will be trained how to use these strategies as effective as possible to ensure the desired impact.

Some HR projects in schools can take a few days to identify and implement. Others need a much longer time to embed themselves into a school and to have the desired impact. We will be there every step of the way to support schools, the leadership and the staff through the change process as much as necessary and can train or support different teams or individuals as needed.

The impact of the strategies is also measured to ensure effectiveness. This can be done during/after a training session or by anonymous survey at a suitable time. The aim is for staff to be able to give feedback and for school leadership to be better informed about what people feel they need in the future to better improve their environment.
